Registration
Field Trips (optional) All field trips will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are registering for a Friday afternoon field trip, please indicate a second choice in the even your first choice is full. Also, if you have any special needs or conditions that the trip organizers need to be aware of, please let us know in the text box at the end of this form. All field trips are $15.00.
