The table below displays several issues of concern to watershed organizations and the percentages of respondents by state and by region (overall) for each issue. Issues with the highest percentage of respondents are highlighted. For example, in eight of the ten states, conserving / restoring rivers, lakes, or streams is the most prevalent concern among respondents. Across all ten states this was the most prevalent issue, followed by public education on water quality and protecting and restoring wildlife, fisheries, and habitat, as indicated by 62% and 61% of respondents, respectively.
