Lindsay Gardner - Program Associate
Prior to joining the Southeast Watershed Forum (SEWF), Lindsay served as Executive Director of the Red River Watershed Association in South Central Kentucky/Middle Tennessee where she managed a variety of non-point source water quality projects and coordinated on-the-ground best management practice implementation. Most recently, she worked as Director of Science & Restoration Programs for the Harpeth River Watershed Association in Middle Tennessee for three years where she developed and managed several projects focused on stream restoration, installation of stormwater management and agricultural practices, and water quality monitoring and assessment. A seasoned grant writer, she has written and overseen a variety of federal, state and foundation grant projects.
In addition to providing SEWF program support, as part of the Forum’s commitment to habitat conservation and aquatic species preservation, Lindsay also serves as Communications Coordinator for the Southeast Aquatic Resources Partnership (SARP). Trained in anthropology, biology and ecology, her interests and expertise include the human dimensions of ecosystem management. |
